Dr. Jacob Esagoff, D.D.S. has over 33 years of experience as a Restorative Dentist and treating
patients with Xerostomia and TMJ Dysfunction. Dr. Jacob Esagoff has been evaluating and
treating worker's compensation injured workers for the past 27 years. Also, Dr. Esagoff, had
been Faculty at UCLA School of Dentistry for 30 years.
Dr. Jacob Esagoff is an active member of different MPN's such as Sedgwick, Corvel, Travelers,
Gallagher Bassett Services, Zurich, Intercare Insurance, First Group Custom, AIG, CCMSI, Seabright,
Coventry, ESIS, AIG, and several others. Also, Dr. Jacob Esagoff has been a member of
the ADR Program for County of Los Angeles Fire and Sheriff Department, City of Long
Beach and City of Fresno ADR Program.
